During this phase, we will carry out all the necessary analyses, in order to continue working on the strategy based on facts and data. The most common analysis at this stage are: the market analysis, the analysis of competition, benchmarks, target group, value proposition (UVP), business model, marketing activities or problem-solution fit. We select the analysis area according to what we need to learn in order to develop an effective strategy.

Validation
