Privacy Policy

On the basis of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data No. 2016/679 (hereinafter “RODO”), we provide necessary information about personal data for people participating in the processing of personal data in Project: People Poland Limited Liability Company. The privacy policy contains the rules on the collection and use of data about Users, including newsletters, and when Users place orders for the goods and services offered by Project: People.

What are the purposes of processing personal data of persons participating in particular processes?

We collect personal information about you, consisting of: data received from our contact form or through our e-mail contact, which we use for one-time contact at your request. Your consent is the basis for the processing of your personal data by us.

If you agree, we will be able to use your data to maintain contact with you. We also collect information through system files (logs) and cookies, which during your visit to the site are collected automatically by the system through a web browser. The data contained in these files is the IP address, browser type, operating system type, region for which the pages are viewed, history of the content viewed on our website. We do not use them to identify your person, and we do not have the ability to identify you by your first and last name based on this data. Your consent is the basis for the processing of your personal data by us and the legitimate interests of Project: People (Article 6 (1) letter f) of the GDP). Project: People transmits personal data only in exceptional situations to the following entities: accounting firm, billing system operator.

In addition, personal data may be transferred to state authorities and services such as the police, the Internal Security Agency or tax authorities entitled to obtain personal data under the relevant provisions, provided that they have appropriate legal grounds to request personal data.

How long will personal data be maintained?

The data obtained will be processed for a period not longer than required by law or the need to ensure the correct provision of services or fulfillment of your expectations.

What are the rights of people involved in the processing of personal data in Project: People?

Each data subject has the right to access personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing. In addition, everyone has the right to object to the processing of his personal data. If the basis for the processing of personal data by Project: People is the consent of the data subject, he may withdraw that consent at any time.

Is it possible to file a complaint regarding the processing of personal data?

Yes, every person whose data is processed in the Project: People has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2 Street, 00-193 Warsaw.

Will Project: People transfer personal data outside the EEA?

No, Project: People does not intend to transfer personal data outside of the EEA.

Is the provision of personal data a contractual or statutory requirement?

No, it’s not. We will not be able to contact you without providing your details.
